Unearthodox is seeking to hire a MEL consultant or consultancy team for the following project:
We are looking for someone with demonstrable impact assessment and qualitative research experience, who understands the unique challenges and dynamics of measuring the impact of social innovation and systems transformation.
The consultant will support Unearthodox in developing, through a collaborative process, a concise and easy to implement forward looking MEL framework that will guide our innovation activities and portfolio-driven innovation strategy and be piloted in our upcoming 2024-2027 strategic period. Consultants with experience or interest in measuring and evaluating mindset shifts are especially welcome. We do not expect this work to be a traditional MEL exercise given our positioning and our ambition to push boundaries. To this end, complementary expertise from relevant sectors can be brought in as deemed appropriate (e.g. social or behavioural sciences).
Date/Length of Consultancy: The contract will run from November 2023 to March 2024.
Location: Consultants can be based in any location subject to the local time in that location being no more than 4 hours difference (plus or minus) from Central European Time.
