These projects were initiated and conducted as part of the Luc Hoffmann Institute’s programme. Although now closed, they represent an important part of Unearthodox’s heritage and history. Several have evolved into flourishing initiatives and organisations that are creating real change in the world.
During 2023, the first year of Unearthodox's operations, the Future of Conservation NGOs, the Future of Philanthropy for Biodiversity and Digital Disruption and the Future of Conservation drew to a close, culminating in the Resource Library for the Future of Conservation and the Unearthodox Learning Festival.
Our umbrella programme is a three-year programme designed to cultivate profound systemic change around a chosen topic. We aim to dive deep into an emergent theme to open up the space to reframe problems, broker unexpected connections, uncover new societal solutions and co-create a new market.
This programme focuses on deep systemic change rather than quick wins. Our aim as convenors, reframers and change catalysts is to transform values, mindsets and behaviours at the ecosystem level. From 2024 to 2026, we are diving into Regenerative Futures.
