Unearthodox is home to radical connection-makers and innovation facilitators. We are a collaborative, international ecosystem of open-minded individuals, driving societal change for nature and people to thrive together.

We aspire to draw on a variety of backgrounds and experiences including innovation, strategy, ecology, sustainability, Indigenous Ways of Knowing, communication, journalism, policy, advocacy, facilitation, business, arts and the social and environmental sciences.

Our

people

The board is the highest executive body of Unearthodox. It oversees the implementation of our strategy and ensures that we conduct our operations and manage our finances in accordance with best practices.

Our small but dedicated core team, led by our CEO, handles Unearthodox’s innovation, engagement and development, and operations. Unearthodox is supported by a wide range of consultants and experts from all over the world. This widens the network of expertise and ideas available to our innovators and investors, allows flexibility in the workflow of projects, and diversifies the field of viewpoints, backgrounds and approaches represented in how new futures for nature can emerge.
