For over two decades, Juliana has been dedicated to designing and facilitating methodologies for social and ecological transformation within the context of Colombia’s armed conflict. She is the founder of Meraki®, SysLab®, and Bosque Fractal – a Bioregional HUB for Regeneration and Spirituality. Her work integrates her background as an artist and systems thinker, and she holds master’s degrees in Systems Pedagogy and in Development Education and Global Learning (UCL).

A certified coach and trainer in leadership and organisational systems work (Infosyon), Juliana is also a guardian of ancestral traditions and spiritual ceremonies of the Americas. She has long been recognised as a peace and ecological activist and leader, committed to fostering biocultural harmony and fractal healing.

Over the past decade, she has worked globally as a Senior Consultant for Sustainametrix, supporting bioregional initiatives, and currently serves as Associate Director of COBALT for Latin America, contributing to regenerative and systemic transformation.

Lorenzo is a material scientist, educator, and innovator whose work bridges science, design, and ecology. With a background spanning advanced materials research, education and product development, he explores how nature’s intelligence can guide innovation and cultural transformation.

Having lived and travelled extensively across cultures and ecosystems, he believes meaningful innovation emerges from diversity, empathy and dialogue between different ways of knowing.

A certified biomimicry educator, he helps professionals, design teams and organisations integrate bio-inspired and systemic approaches into their work, reconnecting creativity, ethics and ecology. His approach combines scientific rigor with a visionary outlook, translating complex concepts into practical tools for change.

Through AConnection, the initiative he co-founded, he develops learning experiences that foster curiosity, reconnection, and a shift from sustainability toward regeneration.

Phoebe Ndiema works with the Chepkitale Indigenous Peoples’ Development Project (CIPDP)in western Kenya, where she champions tenure rights, environmental justice and human rights for the Ogiek Indigenous people—her own community. She leads the organisation’s GenderJustice initiatives, focusing on leadership, governance, economic empowerment and capacity building for Indigenous women and youth.

Her work reflects a deep commitment to inclusive conservation and the protection of Indigenous knowledge systems.

Sam Buckton is a transdisciplinary researcher, facilitator, evaluator and educator dedicated to regenerative futures. He advises organisations worldwide and co-created the Regenerative Lens framework for social-ecological systems.

Jill Raval is a sustainability and nature finance expert with over a decade of experience spanning governance, regenerative agriculture, and climate resilience. She has worked with the United Nations Environment Programme and the World Resources Institute on freshwater and ocean sustainability, and now leads nature and regenerative strategy at Milkywire.

A graduate of the Stockholm Resilience Centre, she approaches sustainability through a transdisciplinary and systems-based lens that links global frameworks to tangible action by governments, the private sector and the financial sector.

Having lived and worked across India, the United States, Mexico and Sweden, she brings a global perspective to building regenerative solutions that deliver meaningful impact for people and planet.

Lately, Lana has been exploring working along the fringes of those who are part of the dying systems by promoting healing-centred ecosystems as a framework to hospice the old and intentionally harvest what we’ve gained and learned. She believes relationships are not built only on trust, but are also nurtured by mending the gaps in between through decolonisation, healing histories, and cultivating safer and brave spaces for people to find each other as our kapwa (Filipino psychology that refers to our shared humanity).
