UNEARTHODOX LEARNING FESTIVAL 2023
Implementing Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity for Conservation

During this session we explored the implementation of diversity and inclusion from various perspectives with a focus on how the conservation industry can advance in terms of its understanding and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion practices in the conservation sector.

Together with the panellists we tried to uncover actionable ideas:

- How can we operationalise diversity and inclusivity within conservation NGOs?
- What policies and approaches are needed?
- What do we need to do differently?
